If you think you have already mastered and surpassed the level which is considered as intermediate by surfing standards, you should then sell your own surfboard so that it will be part of used surfboards which are sold online.

You have got to let go of your surfboard because this way, you would be more open to learn a higher level of surfing. This new level and new chapter in your life as a surfer would also mean that you will need to have a new surfboard for yourself. That is, you should find one which also has some upgraded features that will assist you as you go up another notch in your skill as a surfer.

Another reason which should encourage you to sell your old surfboard would be the fact that you will be able to help out another surfer who will benefit from your old one. However, you should also ensure that your surfboard is still in good condition. Though you might feel unwilling to let go of your old surfboard which has seen you progress into the surfer that you are now, it would be better off under constant use with the feet of another surfer who would take the journey to the spot where you are in now.
